1. Customercan choose all 11 items as our combo photo or part of the products, customer tell us what do you need, better to show us a photo of your required items(to reduce the communicate time)order quantity for different product also can be different(For example: Caps:200pcs; Ballpoint:1000pcs, Mugs:300pcs……)
2.customer tell us if you need custom logo, if yes, please send us the brand logo in 300dpi, support form: JPG, PDF，PSD, AI, CDR etc……(we will check how many colors logo, how to put it on the product)
3. Customer tell us when do you need the product and when need to be delivered in door. It will help us to make a schedule
4. Make a quotation (we make firm price, price can be negotiated if customer increase the quantity).
5. Confirm order and arrange 30% deposit to start the project(after you confirm the mock up)
6. We will send brand logo mock up presentation to customer for approval(Production will be 95% similar as approved mock up)
7. Production photo/Quality inspection report.
8. Delivery: if customer have own forwarder to handle shipping, please send us the forwarder contact information, if no workable forwarder, please tell us at stage 3, we will offer shipping cost as well (we have forwarder who work with us for around 20 years and we have long time agreements)
