Q: Artwork Requirement.
A: Please be cooperative and provide artwork as requirement when placing order. 1. Vector art such as “EPS”
or “AI” or “CDR” or “PDF”; 2. Convert text to Curves, to avoid the font deformed; 3. Except 4 color process printing, other
printing artwork require corresponding, Pantone number of each color; 4. JPG file is also essential as it guarantees the original design won’t be changed or deformed in any circumstance while we open it. The resolution of “JPG” file must be 300dpi when placed at 100%, otherwise objects will be vague while enlarging the arts.
Q: How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?
A. Buyer send us your request and logo information in AI or high resolution PDF format artwork. Please inform us the request logo size; 1. We will send you mock up before we make sample.(within 24 hour we will send you mock up after we get your artwork and detailed request); 2. we will make sample after you confirm the mock up and your down payment.(3~5 days); 3. We will start production after you confirm the sample.(7~15 days).
